Help Us Feed The Hungry in Gilmer County

Your generosity will help us to continue to feed the hungry in our county. We rely completely on donations and receive no government support.

If you would like to donate food, you can do so at the Pantry on Tuesday's from 8:30-11:30 a.m. or during the rest of the week, place items in the black boxes at the front door.

We need any type of canned vegetables and fruit, spaghetti sauce, noodles, boxes of mac and cheese, saltine crackers and any type of soups.

Sack Pack Program

A group of our dedicated volunteers pack food for 382 children each week and it is delivered to the schools to be distributed to them on Fridays, so the kids won’t go hungry over the weekend.

You see, we need the continued generosity, help and support of all individuals, businesses and churches who can donate food or money to our cause. The need for the Pantry to continue to feed the hungry in our county is going to continue. If you would like your monetary gift to be used for the SACK PACK Program, please end your donation in .66 cents.

Pet Food Outreach Program

PLEASE HELP!

Gilmer County - your “Pantry’s” Pet Food Outreach has provided dog & cat food for hundreds of families, who are “food at risk” themselves. Since the Outreach’s establishment, tons of pet food have been distributed. 🐾🐶🐈‍⬛

If you would like to purchase pet food for our clients you can do so directly through Chewy or you can drop pet food off at the “Pantry” Tuesdays 8AM to 11AMish or Wednesdays 9AM to 12:45PM.

Hopefully, we will soon have a pet food donation box available for more frequent donations.
